I didn't have to wait an extremely long time and they were very busy. My nails are gorgeous!!! I love them! Very smooth finish. Very detailed. Just gorgeous. Only thing I regret is not getting my ladies name. She also was very good with my 7 year old daughter. Phenomenal establishment. Will be seeing them again in 2 weeks. Thanks so much!
Wonderful experience overall, and I will definitely be coming back. Jackie did my pedicure and did absolutely awesome!! I showed a picture of how I wanted my toes and fingers done, and it came out perfect!
I was a walk-in appointment around mid-day on a week day. I was immediately helped. Peter did my acrylics and did a fantastic job. I showed him a picture of what I wanted because I'm color blind and have to have help choosing the nail color. They were pretty busy while I was there but all the staff seemed friendly and helped everyone promptly. It was a little more expensive than other places I've been but it was well worth it. My nails look amazing and I will definitely be making Nails R Us my go to!
Spent almost $100 and the service left little to be desired. Both mani and pedi was rushed. My nails on hands and feet was never cleaned.nThe soaking tub for my feet was filthy.... I pointed this out and was directed to another chair. My feet was not cleaned and scrubbed properly. Poorly done pedicurenGot to the manicure chair and the previous customers nails was all over the counter top.nThe attendant made no attempt to clean the area. Also, they reuse items. The the whole experience was so unsafe and unsanitary.....nI was so mad.... could not utter a word for fear that I would scream in their faces...... needless to say.. I will never visit again.... this was the only establishment I had my nails done.... they have changed with the new ownership..... had not been there lately and by golly, they will never get my $$$ again!
This was my first visit an Susan took care of me. My feet an my nails are the best they have ever been. Wounderful, Great experience an the nicest people!! I will b a customer for life..Susan thank you so much for everything today!!
