My wife brought my son who is 2 years old and got his first haircut today on 12/04/2020. He was scared and upset which is understandable for a 2 year old getting his first haircut. Not only were the stylists rude to my wife they ACTUALLY WERE INSULTING MY 2 YEAR OLD SON! I quote from my wife telling me the stylist wanted to “ Slap him with a fly swatter.” Being a Manager and in sales for almost 10 years now, this poor customer service should be termination worthy. We will never come back to this Great Clips location.nnBen

They are very unprofessional and the manager nor the gentleman who cut my hair did not have a great attitude. They acted snide. This will be my last time going here. I gave them one more chance and they blew it. I have not gotten my hair cut for months because the last time I got it cut here the lady nearly shaved me bald. Well I decided to give them another chance. When I arrived I had explained what happened the last time and my reluctance to let anyone near my head. I was told by the manager they would be able to handle it. The gentleman who cut my hair was cracking jokes about how I wanted it and just all around made me feel uneasy. He ended up rushing the cut and because of this his clippers ended up pulling my hair hard. Once I got home and washed my hair my wife had to clean up and trim around my ears and the sides as there were very long hairs still around my ears and there were random long hairs sticking out in places.
