I have been using Trace Cleaners since the late 90’s and started when I lived in Ridgeland and the cleaners business is by in large about convenience and people typically use the one that’s closest to their residence. However, Trace Cleaners and their staff, Pete, Robin and the gang, have always provided me with best-in-class service so for that reason I continue to use them despite living in Flowood. I drive past many cleaners on my way to Trace Cleaners because I believe in loyalty to people and businesses that appreciate my business and reflect that through the quality service they provide year after year. Keep up the GREAT work Pete and company.

I can’t say enough good things about Trace Cleaners. Pete the owner really cares about his customers’ satisfaction. We have home pickup and delivery and today I missed the pickup. But Pete came by and got our laundry bag. Our regular delivery person whose name I can’t seem to remember, is always so nice and consistent. Even the people who take the phone calls are polite and friendly. Our clothes have never been lost or damaged, which is something I can’t say about dry cleaners in other places we’ve lived. They give 5 star service.

I love this place! They know your name when you walk through the door. I can drop off and pickup very quickly on my way to work and they don’t mind taking the time to help this old bachelor getting my new pants hemmed correctly. Thank you for all that you do!
