On 5/27/19 i went to wash my clothes at BnB Coin op on Rains. I used a $6.00 washer however this washer did not properly was my clothes , do to lack of water. I let the person that was on duty at the time know that i wasn't get enough water in my machine. I was instantly meet with an attitude. He told me that common sense should tell me that my clothes soaked up all the water. He called the manager name Sharice Scott and she had a nasty attitude. I was told to leave my name and number an the owner John Mccadden would call me and if something was wrong with the machine he would give me my money back. Weeeell as of today 5/30/19 i have yet to here from him nor have i received my money back. I also went back to day and the night before an spoke to a man name Alex very humble a pleasant attitude but he called Sharice Scott again she knew it was me an instantly had a attitude talking about she fin to call john cause i was rude for putting my experience on Facebook. All i wanted was my money back or for my clothes to be washed properly in a machine that works. I'M NEVER GOING BACK !!! I WOULD RECOMMEND NO ONE TO USE THIS PLACE!!! YOU CAN WATCH MY VIDEOS ON FACEBOOK TO SEE WHAT I WENT THROUGH

I am new to the area and was recommended this laundry center. Upon arrival the Attendant was not properly dressed I thought she was someone washing because she had on a bonnet and slippers. I proceeded to put my clothes in the washer and asking which is recommended she gets smart starting she is not for this today. I politely said thank you and continued to put my clothes in the machine. I began to load the money in the machine and it did not count to of my coins so I approached the attendant again to explain what had happened she states and tells me well nobody else has had this problem yesterday or today but I'll give you your $.50 back this time like I'm lying so I asked her if she would like to count what I have left from the twenty I just cashed in to get coins. Not to mention I am using (3) Jumbo's $5.00 machines. My comforters are all king size. But she gives me the $.50 and just walks off talking to her friend about me. I have never been to a laundry center so dirty and attendant this nasty before. First time and last. 11/27/2017@2pm

Was NOT clean. Half machines worked. Had to use it because it was the closest one. Visiting my daughter. Don't go here. Horrible service.

The worker here is very rude. Poor service all together. She has an attitude. The washer close at 11:00 pm and she started cleaning up at 9 something. Causing the floors to be wet and her complaining about people walking on the floor. I headed to use the restroom and she holler out to me that when she cleans the restroom up, it's closed for the night. My question is if the washer don't close til 11, why is she shutting it down around 9 some? She's very simple minded and rude. I will not return here to this washer. I almost lost my cool. Because cleary she don't know me.
