Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Even though I've been eating RR burgers intermittently for years, I continue to be amazed and happily surprised by just how good they are. Throw in bottomless steak fries and a decent beer and you've got a winner. Recommended.

This location has so much to learn from other locations. The Issaquah location is friendlier, better organized, and CLEANER. Also, where’s the host? We stood there for ten minutes before a cook saw us and told someone.nnI’ve never felt like such an inconvenience.

Much of Factoria Mall was without power and so was the surrounding neighborhood. Red Robin was doing a great job keeping up with orders on a very busy night for them.

Burger was pink and not even cooked properly. The staff are rude and incompetent and were not serving any more bottomless fries.

Great customer service. We got free refills on sodas and we're allowed to take a to-go cup.
