Great cleaner. I have an important meeting today and forgot to see that my clothes were ready at 5pm. They said “no problem come back in 1 hour” and are literally saving my life! Seriously can’t believe how great they are to their customers. Please go to this dry cleaner! They will get it done :)

They will be wonderful & fair on your first visit, however, once you return, the real prices will be provided. I asked THREE times for one of my items to be washed ONCE (not twice) and explained that I did NOT want it hemmed. After arriving to pick up my items, they told me they did it anyway because the item ‘needed’ it. So I had to pay the price for something they chose to do. NEVER AGAIN.nnI thought I found a great place. But their limited listening skills have caused them to lose another customer.

Quick takeaway: do not bring your wedding gown here if it has really delicate fabric (mine was an organza lining). If you bring it here and it gets damaged, know that you’ll have to be firm in order to get the cleaning fee back, and know that they will not offer ANY amount to help cover the cost of damages. However, they’ll give you an oh-so-helpful estimate of how much the damage will cost to fix! Great.nnI took my wedding dress here to be cleaned before alterations. After reading all of the great reviews, I felt I could trust that they would take care of it. When I dropped off my dress I let them know that I had bought it secondhand, and was aware of a couple small tears in the overlay. The woman assured me, saying that cleaning it “would be easy.” However, later that evening they called me to saying that my dress had been damaged.nnDuring the cleaning, the middle layer of organza had been torn up, leaving it unusable. She let me know it would need to be fully replaced. Over the phone, and in person, the owner asked how old the dress was— twice I told her that I didn’t know, because I had bought it secondhand (at Brides for a Cause, paid $1k). Sure, the dress may have been used, but the middle layer had been in good condition when I brought it in. Just because “it was thin” isn’t a reason to explain why it had gotten torn up. I also brought my dress to this establishment because I thought they would take care of it, since they have so much experience. After looking even more closely at my dress, I can see that other parts of the seams/stitching within the bodice are also damaged.nnI had to be firm in asking the owners for a full cleaning refund ($88; originally, they were only going to offer half). They stated that “it was cleaned!” without acknowledging that they did more damage to the dress that I will now have to pay to fix. Per their own estimate, the repairs will cost about $350.nnAlthough the owners seem like kind enough people, they REFUSED to offer any money to help cover the costs for damage repair. I asked them multiple times if they would offer to cover any portion, and their reasoning against doing so was that if I had taken it to any other cleaner, it would’ve “had this much, or more, damage.” I don’t think that’s fair, since if they really have cleaned “hundreds of dresses without problems,” mine shouldn’t have had issue, either.
