This hotel was nasty! The room smelled like something died. The A/C barely worked and the fridge did not work at all. We were there 10 minutes and saw bed bugs and cockroaches crawling everywhere. We instantly went to check out and go to another hotel and they told us they could not refund us our money for literally walking in and leaving. I would not recommend this place to anyone ever!

Well it smelled like something died. Only had AC in one half of the room. The tub had rust stains in it. It was our own fault for staying there. Wow learn from our mistake!

Rooms were not ready even two hours after check in times. Staff took personal calls while doing my check in. Holes where things had been ripped off the walls in the room. Light in bathroom didn't light up the bathroom. Missing part of the lock system for the door. Whole room was falling apart. Someone was doing some kind of construction or something in the room above till after midnight and even after complaining nothing was done. Cops were at the location upon arrival. The whole place is falling apart, bad service, and seems that rooms are frequented by problematic guests that either are ignored or have to have the police called for. Just don't stay here.

I would not give this place anything but had to give a star to write this review We have called and made reservations and the guy said we were good to go apparently not we also said your website says that all rooms have a microwave and refrigerator he said it does Checked in immediately got charged I'm pretty sure your supposed to get charged after your stay.. as soon as we got there to try to check in they didn't even know that who we were and tried to tell us we didn't have a room reserved our first red flag she said my card wasn't going through and held it then said to get things into the room the room had a hole in the wall!!!!!! it smelt so so bad!!!!! the tub and foor to the bathroom was all scratched up!!!!!!! went back to desk to say that they have on their website that rooms have a microwave ours did not she said that some did some did not asked if we could get. a room that had one she said she could not I have called to get corporate number apparently they dont have corporate I am pregnant and tired drove for 2 hours and this is what I got I am extremely upset!!!!!!! And I'm getting told I won't get my money back until 6 days im guessing business days this is my money and I really dont appreciate it being played with DO NOT EVER STAY IN THIS NASY RUDE HOTEL WHERE THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!
