Dear, this company was excellent when I was a tenant in Gaithersburg, always available to answer my requests. I strongly recommend this company.

This is my first online review ever. Sad to say that I associated myself with all the people who are frustrated with this agency's customer services. I would have given less than one star if permitted.nnI have requested them to address a loud noise coming from a piece of equipment in the living right on top of our head, by the couch, where all family gets together to watch TV, my kid plays his game.nnI really feel sorry for my youngest kid, who kept complaining that he can't stand the noise anymore. The bad thing is that I don't know what the equipment is for (it was here when I moved in) and what the impact it may have on our health.nnIt has been almost 14 days living like this. I called many times and left messages, and they never call back, even a single time. I sent emails with proof or video and photo. Requested repair online. All ignored. Even the emergency number they mentioned, I called it many times, nothing. I sent various texts, only got a response that someone was coming last Friday. Until now, nobody came. This thing was so loud today that my kid couldn't even participate in his online class. That made me so sad; I drove to their office to find out that they are closed because of the pandemic. I saw a note at the door on how to pay rent or contact them.nnThe bad thing is that every vendor I called said they need permission from the property manager to do the work. I asked them for it, even if I have to pay, they haven't replied.nnIt is not normal. I have been in this house since 2017, I never missed one payment or even late. They need to treat people with much respect. I am very disappointed. I guess I have to file a complaint or call a lawyer to get this resolved.nnThank you.

I was referred to Realty Group Property Management by both a family member and a friend who currently have properties managed by RGPM for over 12 years and counting. RGPM assisted with finding great tenants and I had no issues for the duration of the lease. The team was great with my property from the beginning to the end and even assisted with the sale. Working with this management group has been nothing short of great. We are a military family and were looking for a two year lease at a location. We found a great house, but the yard needed some work. Kathy was able to touch base with the owners and after some discussion, the yard was improved and we moved in. It has been a pleasure working with Kathy who is very responsive and has been quick to fix any issues we’ve had moving into our house. Certainly would recommend them!
