Quick service and the prices are reasonable. My clothes have always came back fresh and cleaned I’m a regular customer who has never had any issues I would recommend this location.
I had my Ugg comforter dry cleaned and it smelled HORRIBLE when I got it back, I suspect it may have been laundered together with other articles because it looks and feels awful. Not at all what it was like when I dropped it off. Not going back.
Mike, the owner is amazing!! My boyfriend forgot to pick up the dry cleaning on Saturday for a wedding we were attending on Sunday (ZIPS is closed on sundays). I was able to contact Mike and he came in on Sunday, his day off and saved the day! Wonderful Customer Service!!!!
They never honor the by 9am get it at 5. This is the second time they refuse to deliver on their promise and always with Mike who is supposedly the owner. What a way to run a business.
Very reasonable price and fast service. Have never run into any issues.
