Everyone is very nice, but they completely took out the Flare from 2 pants, I ask to take it little to keep the flare, I paid alot of money am not sure if I can trust on them again...

Reliable, friendly, rates are reasonable, finds and replace bottoms. Not as fast as Zip but much better work and they don’t lose my items.

I would give them no stars if I could! I had a similar experience as Ruth, I took a comforter in for cleaning. Went back a week later, when she said it would be ready, not done yet, give us another week. Went back a week later, when I got home and opened it up there was a huge pale blue stain on half of it. It was easy to see because it's purple/green flowers on a white background. Took it back and she tried to tell me the solid color from the back bled over to the front. I told her this comforter is 5 years old, been cleaned several times, THERE, and never bled before and it's not going to start now. Not to mention the back of the comforter is purple and the stain is blue!! When I said I wanted my money back she said, no we don't do that, let us try to get it out, come back in a week. Fine. Week later not done give us another week, we're trying. Another week later, not done, we'll call you when it's ready. Ten days later, which is today, went in and there it was, no one called me I said, oh it just came in today. Opened the bag right there and stain is still there. She said they tried but couldn't get it out. I said you ruined it and I want my money back. No, I can't do that, she said, only owner can do that. Asked if the owner was there now? No, she'll be here tomorrow, come back tomorrow. As another reviewer said, the woman out front is very good at saying what you want to hear. As I left I said I had been going there several years but will not be back. She didn't even seem to care.

This place does a decent job of actually cleaning your items, but it’s way overpriced. I’m talking $40 for a 2-layer windbreaker. Tailor does a good job, but again it’s way overpriced. They charged me $35 to hem a single-layer dress because they include pressing. I wouldn’t come here if you need something done by a specific date. In the three times I’ve been here, they have not once had something ready by the date they promised it would be. Usually five days late—or longer. If I’m paying top dollar, the basic expectation is that I at least get my items back on time. I get that they’re a family-run business but there are better places out there.

I had a terrible experience here! Please do not use them! The lady who owns it knows how to sweet talk you, but she is always late on everything especially alterations. Additionally i had a nightmare when I took my daughter's prom dress there to get alterations. The first time we went the dress wasn't ready. Then, when we finally got it back, it had stains all over a $300 dress. She was trying to act like the stains were there before and I had proof in pictures that they weren't and the dress was brand new. She was not even trying to give me a discount and charged me $79 to hem the dress. Please do not go here!!
