I live in Clarksburg, and I use this dry cleaner all the time for suits and clothing for work and leisure. The staff is always friendly and welcoming; the prices are reasonable. They make alterations, and if they can not repair tears or clean your clothing. They are ethical and will not charge you.

I am a client for the last 4 years...ownership has changed a few times, but their level of professionalism and customer service is top notch...frankly, I believe that most other customers have an unrealistic demands and/or timelines...I have always been given realistic expectations of turnaround times and/or special care required to clean a variety of items...those whom have a bad experience or expecting a 24 hours turnaround...this is not the cleaners for you...this will always be my cleaner of choice...keep up the good work.
Rude and bad quality. first time, shirt and tie were all wrinkled. Returned them (with their tags still attached) and went to pick them up again, the guy said he had no time to do anything about it.
