My favorite cleaner and alteration place. They always make sure I have my dresses at least four days before I need it with the proper alterations. Great service, kind owners, and welcoming environment. I am very happy with Milestone and plan to bring any and all items of clothing I need dry cleaned or altered here.

I have been using Milestone since they opened, and have never had any problem with clothes (and other household items such as drapes, carpets, ,etc) with respect to cleaning, pressing, repairs or tailoring. They still honor the discount cards that were sold by the previous owners.nnI don't go anywhere else for my dry cleaning/laundry needs.

This was my second time and I will never go back to this place. I went there last month and got 3 pairs of pants hem. Went back this month to get the same style pants hem different color and they charged me more. On top of that I got a dress dry cleaner which they charged $12. Outrageous!! I tried to explain to the clerk that wasn't what they charged me and she was rude. I will never do business with them again!!

They're fine for ironing but don't remove any stains. Here's what has happened three times in the past year: I point it the stain on my pants/shirt, they put a sticker on it to draw attention to it, and when I pick up the item four days later the stain is still there, just as obvious as when I dropped it off. But the item is nicely pressed. So clearly they did SOMETHING to the clothing, just not the important thing I needed. When I point this out they take it back and do a real cleaning for free, but that costs me another 2-3 days. The times now. I'm done.

Been going to this cleaners for years and never once had a single issue. I have an alteration coming up soon so I will definitely be trying out the tailoring.
