The staff is friendly, patient and honest. There have been a few times when I have mistakenly left an item in a pocket or forgot to remove apiece of jewelry from an article of clothing. The cleaners staff called me to tell me what they found and that they will set aside for me.

Highly recommend it. They took out a stain left on my daughter's prom dress from another drycleaner. Very professional and great work!

Great job, but just as important, they actually care about customer service. I'm only staying in Germantown a short period of time and I've needed dry cleaning on two occasions. Not knowing anything other than these Google reviews I initially chose Crest Dry Cleaners based only on the number of reviews. My first order with Crest was fine and they did a good job. They next morning however I realized I had forgot to include a dress shirt for a wedding rehearsal dinner that night- basically I needed a rush job by noon (because of travel). I went back to Crest and long story short, the clerk made it clear that they would do absolutely zero to accommodate me. I was not some unreasonable jerk walking in demanding special treatment- I just wanted a fair assessment and sure, even some priority if it could be done without negatively impacting customers who were ahead of me. The Crest clerk would not even move from the register to see what their load was for that morning.nnI left and called Romance and the experience was 180 degrees! The woman on the phone heard the situation and said they could get it done. When I arrived they were busy, but the woman was very friendly and appeared happy to help- and they instilled absolute confidence that it would done by noon, which it was and they did a perfect job. They didn't charge extra and she even refused a big tip which I was more than happy to pay.nnBottom line is both cleaners have the capability to get the jobs done- but spending 5 minutes in Romance it was clear that this was an operation where everyone involved seemed to ACTUALLY CARE and take some pride in what they were doing. At Crest, I could see workers in the back diligently doing dry cleaning, but the moron at front desk who is the face of the business ruins it. Romance will get my business 100% of the time because of this and I recommend it to anyone out there like me who is just searching for a place online and it's a coin toss- go to Romance on principle.

Drive-thru drop off and pick up are very convenient. Certainly not the cheapest around, but not the most expensive either. They have 1-day service, in by 9 out by 5. They always do a fine job - the clothes are clean and pressed nicely, and I've never had them be late! Moreover, they have *never* lost a single piece of clothing. Finally, they are always friendly and professional.
