This dry cleaners is awesome. Other reviewers state the $ is a bit high, but you get what you pay for here. Fast, efficient, and in and out under 5 minutes. Great customer service.
Shirt collars weren’t even cleaned. Understanding this is a tough area of the shirt to launder but I definitely expected better. I will trade in the fast turn around for a deeper clean in the shirt. I’m super surprised at this because my shirts are usually cleaned very well but this time, no.
With a busy life, it's really difficult to commit to dropping off and picking up my dry cleaning on a regular basis. I love that Crest has consistent and reliable pick-up and delivery services. The service is easy to use, my clothes come back clean, and the employees are friendly (which says a lot about how they are treated). I am very happy with Crest Cleaners!!
I have been going to this cleaner for about 2 years. It doesn't take them long to recognize you by name and know exactly how you would like your cloth cleaned. Customer service is excellent. They even allow me to push the 'in by 11am' mark a bit back on days I might be running late. Overall, you will get the type of friendly service you expect from a well run store at this location.
