We have been very pleased with Crest! The staff is always extremely friendly and helpful. We love the fact that the dry cleaning is done in house and can be done same day if necessary. We also love the convenience of the drive through and the night drop.We do feel it is a little over priced, but I guess we are probably paying for quality and convenience. Well worth it.
Crest provides good service and consistent quality in dry cleaning; we have been loyal customers for many many years, and still use them even though we are retired now, and don't have the same work-clothes volume as before. Love the drive through and automatic billing.nThat said, I never drop off without a coupon. If there is an issue, I always speak to a manager, and have never been unhappy with the result or compromise. Friendly, accommodating staff makes the transactions quite pleasant.
