Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa

I was worried about Covid, but they follow strict protocols. Felt safer than my last dentist's visit. Had a great facial with Olesea. The team seems much happier with the new manager and owners.

Spoke on the phone with Nina she was absolutely amazing, so sweet and nice!! Hand and Stone is lucky to have an employee like her!!

This place used to be great with the old owners, but now there is inconsistency. I've asked 3x to be called back for some help, each time i'll get a mamager to call you and no one has. This isn't the first time. They often never follow up back with your concerns. Post covid, i got a massage too. The quality of the massage was okay. Didn't really feel relaxing. Just more socializing in my massage and repetitive motion while talking.

The quality of the massage wasn't good. My back was as tight when I left as when I came in. The length of the massage was definitely shorter that it should be. Massage therapist came 3 minutes past the hour (12 p.m.), started the massage around 12.09 p.m. and finished it around 12.48 p.m. Less than 40 minutes for what it should be a 50 min massage (the other 10 min are for the logistics aren't they?)

We were told that some offer was going and we made our reservation with that offer. When we showed up on that day, it was as if why are you asking for that offer. It is not in system, we have added that better next time...poor customer experience
