Today was the 3rd time that I made an appt with Mia...SHE is EXCELLENT.nI have been a loyal customer with Super Cuts for over 20 years and have discovered that this salon is an upscale shop for the basic cut...they are much more professional and the environment is so much more updated, clean and impressive!

Had a disappointing experience getting my hair cut to donate here last week (person who cut it was so confused that I wanted to do different lengths to get the most out of every layer of my hair); then she ended up not cutting enough so now parts of my hair are not going to be long enough to donate! She also sprayed my hair before cutting it which every donation site says to NOT get your hair wet before cutting your donation because it could mold in the process of getting to them. After all that, I was unsatisfied with my actual cut so I went back in the next week to get my layers redone & even though the stylist I had this time did a great job, she ended up having trouble getting the computer/tablet to print out the receipt for me to sign & I had to stand there for 20 minutes before she finally gave up & let me leave.

Went in to get my hair cut and asked for only a few inches off and even showed the girl a picture of what I wanted. Instead of getting the style I asked for she chopped my hair to my shoulders! I cane in with hair down to my lower back!!! And my hair wasnt even close to the hair style in the picture when she was finished!!! I can not believe how she is even a hair stylist. I dont think she even had any schooling or practice before she did my hair! Absolutely floored at the quality! ...ive had to wear a hat to cover it up

Awesome experience from the online check-in to the final check of the freshly cut head of hair. I appreciate the safeguards that Great Clips has in place and the care that is taken while in the chair. And parking is super easy.

This staff is amazing from the receptionist to the hairdressers. So very clean and following all guide lines for covid-19 I felt very safe. And finally after three months my hair is cut and I love it. I highly recommend for you all to come here. Thanks
