There is a lot of new people but the one person that stude out to me was breonna she apologized whe she got something wrong and when there was a line out the door she still managed a welcome and a thank you my food was delicious and as I sat there when the customer left she would go clean what they touched and they all where whereing mask I dont know what it is but she made my day with a welcoming smile and thank you keep it up subway I will be coming in more

Walked in at 8:55 door was unlocked worker walked out told us they dont open until 9. Which was fine waited 5 minutes ordered our sandwiches, I wanted a subway club was told there was no roast beef which there was because I seen it in the cold case. We wanted another sandwich cold cut meat was in the back so we had to wait. Vegetables were frozen and lettuce was brown. Didnt have olive's banana peppers or jalapenos. Checking out she asked if we wanted cookies drinks or chips, there was only 2 cookies in the cookie case. Very disappointed, the worker took no pride in her job.

I had an online order that was 25 minutes late and wrong. One of the employees even took a 10 minute break while the line was out the door and the online order wasn’t even started. Very disappointed in their service.

They do an okay job here, I just wish I didn't have to walk them through how to make my sandwich every time I go. And I don't mean made to my taste, I mean the actual corporate procedure. Worth a drive to South Logan where there is better management and overall better staff and service.

Always out of bread choices. Has anyone ever had flat bread from this subway? I have go e here on several occasions. I think today is my last attempt at this Subway.
