Great Clips

The staff were so kind and definitely did what they could to make me feel comfortable. I never feel like I'm obligated to participate in conversation, but the option is always there. And I really appreciate that in a hair salon

This location is horrible! I'm not too wild about Great Clips, but the guy that cut my son's hair here, did the worst job ever! When I showed him how crooked it was, he said it didn't matter because he could hide it by the way he combs his hair. I made him fix it, but it still wasn't right. His manager did a slightly better job, but we'll never return. He also thinned my son's hair without asking. He already has thin hair. Why would anyone do that!?

Decent place to get a haircut. Best feature is that it let's you check in online so you don't have to wait in line! It's probably one of the few places open for a haircut during this pandemic.

Came in for a simple haircut.. #3 on top #2 on back and sides and blended. Asked the lady multiple times. She repeated and assure me she understood. Should've paid more attention that she was probably using a much bigger clipper bullet. She finished and there were splotches. I asked her to fix it. She fixed a few. My fault as well that I didn't look thoroughly, but who thinks a simple haircut like that can be screwed up? Came home to realize it's definitely not the clipper size I asked for and that there are still splotches of hair on my head. The lady didn't follow my instructions and didn't even do a decent job of a standard haircut. Now I'm at home giving myself another haircut to fix the splotches and out $20. Won't be going back again!nnUpdate: changing my rating to 2/5 since I've previously had okay experiences in the past.
