Germantown Auto Spa has a great deal for $27 and that's usually the one I purchase. It includes the exterior wash and interior cleaning. Expect to wait roughly 20-25 minutes before your car gets washed. The whole cleaning process takes less then 15 minutes though and the team does a great job! I even get to choose an air freshener. I love it here!
Great service, well cleaned inside and out. The tire shine and the car scents are an added bonus.nnThey do a persistent hard sell to try to constantly sell me a monthly membership, but I can't substantiate the steep fixed monthly cost that follows after a 1-month promotion.
I have a monthly membership with the Auto Spa and normally go to the one off Rt. 40 in Frederick. However, I have been in this area a lot and visiting the Germantown location. Both times that I have been here, I’ve felt that the staff wiping down the cars could have done a better job. Seems like they rush through the vehicles even when it’s not busy. The one in Frederick definitely has better service.
Changing my review. Took another one of my vehicles in. They barely did anything inside. I could have joined in and done a better job. Maybe they're short staffed or busy but the last time I was here, just a week prior, it was equally as busy but the service was good. So good, I tipped 30 bucks. This time? Zilch. Guess I will try the Frederick one next. Such a shame.
Great customer service led by manager Nicky. A couple (not all!) screwball staff talk sh#* in Spanish about customers they think are non-spanish speakers, but otherwise they're quick, reliable and detail-oriented.
