They were prompt and professional. I am very pleased with the work and the care that the gentlemen took while working in the home.

Only wish is that I can give a 0 star!!nnThis company knows nothing what so ever about mold remediation and the results of releasing mold spores into your home. They send young inexperienced and with NO KNOWLEdGE of how to properly remediate. They had a protocol of using drapes and special equipment when working in my home. They not only did not use proper equipment but also did not use proper protective clothing. Instead of remediation the spread mold spores throughout my home and I had to bring in special cleaners and purchase the proper equipment and chemicals to rid my home of the mess they made!!! And the response of this horrid!!! Things like if I was so concerned about my daughter ‘mold toxicity health issue’ I would have paid them more (even though they were following a protocol I paid $1000.00 for them to follow). My daughter mold toxicity is so sensitive that mold spores can literally kill her. This company knew this before agreeing to do the job. When she entered the rooms she was sent into one of the worse flares ever because the blew the spores throughout my home!! Their response was there was no way this could happen. That alone shows their lack of knowledge to what they are advertising!!!! They recommended the licensed mold expert from out of own I aid total $2000 for and still did not follow the protocol they were given to keep my home safe!!!!nnYes I did have the perfect lawsuit to make them come back and do their job but how could I even trust them to enter my home again?!?nnThey didn’t even vacuum the debris left behind. I had to purchase a hepa vacuum and air scrubbers and expensive chemicals to rid my home of their mess!!! They sent kids who tromped the mold spores throughout my home!nnI could continue but the point is DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR WHAT THEY ARE ADVERTISING!!!! THEY HAVE NO KNOWLEDGE IF PROPER MOLD REMEDIATION AND YOU CANNOT SEE MOLD SPORES!!!! THEY WILL RUIN YOUR HOME AND LEAVE IPU AND UOUR FAMILY VULNERABLE!!nnAlso remember this is a franchise and this owner has other ServPro companies within Louisianan!!
