Wow!!! What an exceptional organization of professionals. Each of my calls were answered, all calls returned and most importantly they don't make a promise they cannot keep. The quality of work and the standard in which repair was delivered was beyond my expectations. I live in Atlanta attempting to solve a plumbing repair for my senior mother. Without being there, V was masterful in dispatching a technician out to resolve the problem. That's not it, V also called me to inform the problem was solved and repaired with confidence. Great business, honest people and high standards!

I was referred to Dependable Plumbing by another local plumber. Derrick came highly recommended and was the man for the job. My sewer was backing up in my bathroom. I was impressed with his knowledge and he was very thorough answering all our questions by showing us pictures of what our sewer should look like and be doing. They stayed late into the evening after dark and fixed our issues. They pumped our tank out and fixed some lines that were clogged up. Derrick was very professional and said if we have any problems to contact his office.nMy husband and I are very happy with the excellent service we received and would HIGHLY recommend Derrick and his company.

Starting with my phonecall to get help they were amazing at knowing what I needed and were able to get me help the same day. Prices were very competitive. When they showed up they knew exactly how to help and got started right away. Derrick was very down to earth and good at explaining things to me was looking out for me the customer vs putting money in his pocket. Was very good at explaining my options and which was best for us. Bonus for us was how amazing he was with our son. He was very patient and showed him all around his equipment.

Needed broken pipes repaired after the recent ice storm, much like the rest of the city. We were placed on Dependable's wait list and told it would be 4-6 days before they could come out to the house. I was greatly surprised when they called the next day and notified me they would be able to fit us in to their schedule, so I met Derrick at the house immediately. He was an absolute pleasure to work with! He explained everything in detail and answered all questions with great knowledge. I will certainly be using Derrick and Dependable Plumbing in the future.

Derrick and his crew are the best. Highly recommend.nHe treats me like family and will never do me wrong. I appreciate all he has done for me. When the hurricane pulled out my pipes due to a tree he was here immediately to fix, even with his own issues to deal with. So thankful for this guy.
