they did a great job.... they also moved my furniture and even my table to clean under it. All the stains were removed. I am very happy with the result and the price is a very good deal.

Called and scheduled an appointment two weeks in advance. Then called a day before our scheduled time to confirm, and we got confirmation. Day of appointment, I spent the day moving my furniture around and he doesn't show up at the scheduled time. I give him a call with no answer. He answers after an hour and says he will be at my house within 20 minutes. It's been 4 hours since the last call and he has still not came to our house and won't pick up any of my calls.

We had a very positive experience cleaning our carpet with Gary. They have a huge carpet cleaning machine mounted on their van, after connecting it with the water hose, that machine can generate hotwater/steam, they use that to thoroughly clean our carpet. Most of the stain and dirt are gone after their cleaning. Will come back again if needed.

Gary has cleaned our carpets for over 10 years! He is an absolute professional. We value his sincere and hardworking efforts to the maximum. He’s gotten stains out like no other company. Gary is very thoughtful in the way he tries to make improvements in how the carpet appears. It’s wonderful to have someone you can count on.

Gary does great work and we have been using him for years in the Lake Tapps area. He even pulled the carpet back in place at my sister's house from the previous owner. We won't use anyone else. Great guy
