I would not recommend using Allie as a real estate agent for your home or commercial property listings.nWe contracted with Allie to list for families commercial property. I was recommended by a family friend to use Allie and her real estate company, however after hearing of my experience she will not be referring her to others in the area.nAllie never contacted me ONCE or her office staff!!!!!!. If I had a question or follow-up on status of property I had to call and wait for her to return my call. Also, she never put a sign on the property and I was told personally by her how much the sign cost and that her employee had installed it earlier in the week. I can assure you the sign was not displayed because we drove by the property once a month while under contract with the real estate company and it was not there.nMy experience with Allie and her real estate team was POOR with her reliability and communication skills!

Monae was amazing. She was so patient as it seemed every house we saw our wants and needs changed. She helped guide us in our search in a very challenging situation with Covid-19 and us just moving here from another state. We honestly couldn’t have found a more professional, honest, and sincere agent. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

Allie as I call her was amazing with the handling of the selling and the close of our house. She handled a problem that come up at our closing with the most professional way was very pleased. I would recommend her highly for selling or purchasing a house

Jeff helped my girlfriend & I purchase our first house. It was a fantastic experience for us, there were many homes we got an opportunity to check out many homes within our budget.
