Officers are rude and unhelpful. You can't get ahold of anyone in the office ever. Wife had a wreck and we have no information on the other driver including no information on there insurance so our insurance company can't do anything until they get that information. So I'm screwed without a second car until whenever we can get that information.

I have tried MANY TIMES to reach someone in this office regarding WRONGFUL DEATH litigation, resulting from their malfeasance. Their repeated attempts to evade accountability speak for itself.

I called 5 times, yes 5 times to have an officer come out. The ladies that work in this office should not be working for a police department. They were very rude, unhelpful & even hung up on me once. They refuse to give me their names. If you ever need help don't call this office. You'd be better to call 911 or Monroe. Horrible service.
