Food was fresh and hot. The young lady at the window was professional and friendly. The service was quick as well.

Food was lukewarm, and barely enough fixings on my tacos and burrito.nIf you care about customers feedback. May I make suggestion? You prepare the food as it looks in the advertisement because that's what draws your customers in to purchase the product. And that's what we expect. My Crunch Wrap didn't look like the picture. It was nasty looking and I threw it away got up and left I was so frustrated . But didn't want to complain about it because your staff was so nice and polite. A manager was there and it was a Sunday and no customers were in there. Sorry to complain but it all about the principle of the matter. Serve the food like its advertised and not be cheap just to save a Buck, but I can understand tough things are tough but be better than the rest set a standard. I hope next review will better and I will write a new and better review for you. Thank you & Happy Holidays

Disappointed, I have been going to Del Taco for about four months, decided to go back and give Taco Bell a try. I like their nacho cheese better BUT I only got about 5 chips, see attached, pitiful, did not even come close to filling the TINY bag. Also their refried beans tasted funny, through my burrito away. Taco was good. Also the prices on the drive thru are different than what I was charged.

I'm not going to rob the employees of all stars because I know that my complaint is probably a result of a direct order from management to keep their drive time down.nI visit this location frequently after my 11pm shift is over and the employees are friendly. My food has always been par for the course, and I almost never have a discrepancy with my order.nBUT. I don't understand how serving only one customer at a time in drive-thru is productive in a fast food environment. They ask each car to wait at the speaker after placing their order until the car before them has cashed out and received their food. The amount of cars backed up almost to 78 is insane. It took over 25 minutes JUST TO GET TO THE SPEAKER. (I'm tenacious. If I want Taco Bell, I'm getting it.) But why would you sacrifice your good standing with your local customers just to make your drive time LOOK fast and efficient? This is the antithesis of a solution. I hope corporate will be able to talk some sense into someone in upper management, because I highly doubt the employees are enjoying the backlash they're getting from this.nIn the time it takes for me to get to the speaker just to place my order, I can drive to the Snellville location and back. It's looking more and more like a better option. ud83dude12

Elizabeth Martin went above and beyond to make my experience a good one at taco bell because the slushy machine was not ready yet and she let me no how long it was gonna take and then brought it too me when it was ready.
