ruined my hair completely. terrible place, NEVER waste your valuable time or money here. my 5 year old daughter could have cut my hair better than these people. Not only did they ruin my hair completely, ruin my self esteem and drain hundreds out of my bank account from trying to fix my hair ( that THEY RUINED ), when i called to file a complaint and ask for my money back, the woman on the phone called me fat and was claiming that the work she did to my hair was the best work anyone could ever do. the people in here need to go back to cosmology school, because it’s quite obvious your license from 30 years ago is expired.

The ladies that run this place are awesome. They always fit me in with my tight schedule. Quality hair professionals. I always leave here feeling more confident than the last time. :)

Came here for a trim and asked the lady for a 1 inch trim. Somehow she managed to the cut the entire top layer of my hair 4/5 inches shorter than the bottom layer. So now I have this mullet on the top. I’m going to have to wait MONTHS for this to grow out. Also a trim was $40?? Salon is also very outdated and not nice looking. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.nnUPDATE: I called to talk to them and I said how I was crying and insecure and the woman on the phone said in a rude voice “if your insecure you need to take a look in the mirror”. Keep in mind I’m a big girl and with the tone, it’s obvious what she meant. My father then called, talked to the owner/manager? and when he said what happened she said “She didn’t say that”. Beyond rude, untalented “stylists”.nnHair stylists (again using that term loosely) here are outdated and seem to have the bare minimum of training (were likely trained 30 years ago).
