I have used Karyn Woody at the Harry Norman Realtors office in Blairsville, GA for several transactions.nI couldn't be happier with her professionalism, her knowledge and her desire to go above and beyond.nI was surprised to read other, not-so-stellar reviews for Harry Norman Realtors, not sure what agent they used, but I can assure you it wouldn't have been Karyn.nAs of late, she is the number one selling and listening agent for the office! She lists and sells in both NC and GA, which is helpful where we are, since we frequently go from one state to the next on a daily basis.

Tina McDaniel and Amanda Brock Barnes are an amazing Blairsville Realty team. They made our first time home buying experience so simple. They are both friendly, informative, and diligent in their work. They rearranged their work and home schedules to fit our needs and made sure everything was just right. Our Experience with Blairsville Real Estate started as a life saver. 5 years later, we found out the whole town is running some sort of Real Estate scam. I swear that local Morgtage company intentionally turn people down so they can force you out and resell your property from right under your nose. Half the local businesses themselves in Blairsville is a joke. The property attorney they use is never findable and her office is practically a closet. People in the general area act nice at first but in the end, treat you like dirt. Blairsville in itself is one huge farce. Also, Any Owner financed homes through this company, walk out. You will thank me later for this advice. The entire Blairsville community is in cahoots so buyers beware. 202 Havenwood ring a bell?

Amanda Barnes is working with us on finding a lot to build a future cabin. She built a search of us and is sending properties for us to consider. Amanda has been great to work with and has good knowledge of the area and lots available. I am a Realtor in Sarasota, Fl. and when I have someone looking in the North Georgia mountains, I send them to Amanda.
