I have worked as a REALTOR® with this company for over 12 years. We began as a boutique real estate office focusing on commercial and high end residential properties. Our office was so professional and profitable that it was purchased by Coldwell Banker High Country Realty about 7 years ago. During the transition many upper level management decisions were made ( I was not involved - above my pay grade) and one of those decisions was to allow the existing rental company to continue under the new ownership. The rental market in our area is very transient and can be difficult to understand, however, the federal government has so many Fair Housing Laws in place that renting a cabin in Blairsville is no different than renting a mansion in California. There are no handshake deals or verbal applications. The process may seem complex and the questions invasive but they are mandated by federal and state laws. These laws are in place to remove prejudice and keep the playing field level and unbiased for all. I'm sorry if any of our rental division clients do not understand the complexities but they are not of our (or in this case Gail Mulford's) doing. I'm writing this because I feel it is a shame for a 5 star office to be rated 4 stars because one division of the brokerage is misunderstood and berated.nIf you would like to deal with the most professional, well educated and morally sound agents in the area then please call or stop by our office.nWe're here to listen and assist!

Jeanne Mills is a top tier realtor who truly gives her best to her clients. We were purchasing a home in NEGA while living in SWFL and she made it possible to widdle down the right home for us by visiting listings and forwarding us videos and notes to help us decide if it was what we were looking for. We had to make so many trips to find the right home and Jeanne was always accommodating! Even went as far as to try meeting up with us when a snowy morning turned into a significant snow storm! We just couldn't imagine buying our first home with anybody else!

I've been at my current rental for 2 and a half years here in Blairsville, and we couldn't be happier...nThe application process was quick (2 days)...nI have had a few equipment problems (normal wear and tear) that were addressed quickly...nI appreciate the timely manner that Gail and her staff addressed our problems...nI share my home with my daughter and granddaughter and it has been a great place to raise a little girl...nThe property inspections were ALWAYS scheduled at least a week in Advance .nI would definitely recommend Their services to anyone interested in renting a home around Blairsville..nI will definitely use Gail's services, if and when we decide to purchase a home in the Area...

I would highly recommend Gail Mulford to manage your rental property. My husband and I bought an older home in the late part of 2015 but due to a sudden illness we were unable to move in and needed to rent our home for the next 4 1/2 years. We lived out of state so we had to depend upon someone that would be able to help us and that we could trust to take care of our property. Gail was wonderful! She stepped in and told us what needed to be done, saw us through every step. She was very through-all in screening applicants. Gail would call me to let me know that she had made an appointment with the tenants to check over the property and then she would call me back to let me know how everything was. If there was a problem she would speak to the tenants and let them know what they needed to do to correct the problem, give them a time frame, and then would call me with the details. She was always fair with me as the owner and she was fair with the tenants. If the tenants had a problem with the property she would call me and I would immediately get someone out to make the repair.nnI always felt that Gail looked out for both the owner and the tenants. I can never thank Gail for all that she did for us for the past 4 1/2 years.nnThanks Gail.

Gail has been managing my property for several years with great communication and service. When there have been issues with tenants she has dealt with them professionally and in the best interest of both parties. I would definitely recommend her to others.
