We just went in to get something to eat. Noone was there. Like nobody. They was open and even had a sign that said their hours yet noone was anywhere to be found. So I took my money elsewhere to where they actually take my order and sell me food.

Hours of operation are not honored. Closes early constantly. Employees are not friendly nor do they put much effort in making the experience pleasant.

My husband and I were there a few days ago, the first words out of the guy behind the counter was we are out of alot of things. But we decided to stay, we ordered our sandwiches and most of the veggies looked awful. So I skipped the veggies and just settled with the sandwich. They were understaffed and the manager was obviously upset about something rude with her two customers. My husband got sick the next day. I really hope they can clean this place up it use to be really good.

Took my wife there the other day it was almost closing time 30 min I think till they closed, one person there there was Nats all over the place around the coke machine and tea area. The Nats even were on our kids it was horrid when I said something the girl just shrugged it off like it's nothing. She put her gloves on and then in front of us got her visor and put it on touching hair with the gloves and didnt even change gloves before handling the food. Seems to me I will go to the other subway from now on
