Refuse to repair expensive sub zero refrigerator the rebuilt with all new compressor and coils for 1500.nnThey will not repair again leaving me to find someone else to fix their flub up. Truly terrible experience. Won’t buy anything from them
I had been excited about visiting this store until my disappointing visit today on 2 Nov 2, 2020.nNOONE acknowledged I ever walked in the door, or that I was visible for over 10 mins.n1 customer in store being waited on, other front desk female on & off phone, but neither employee looked up, smiled or spoke as I walked by both desk..and certainly never spoke as I was walking out the door.nI was looking to purchase lighting for each room in our home, but definitely came to the wrong place.nWhat happened to friendly customer service and personality with a smile? Small town southern charm is missing from your store....3 stars is for the beautiful store..maybe I just came on a bad day??
Nice, knowledgeable sales people that don't pressure you. Large selection and prices are compatible to box stores. Don't pass by thinking too expensive.
