Mitchell Ingram, at the Blairsville, GA location, was friendly and professional in helping me secure a replacement glass insert for our front door. This is the second time I have dealt with him, and would not hesitate to call on him again.
Used them for roof trusses because they were cheaper than other bids I received. After experiencing how poorly organized they are and how inexperienced their drivers are, I would gladly pay more for better service. Absolutely do not recommend
Ordered metal roofing material from Builders First Source and it was a devastating experience (I lost about $1000 in roofing material Builders First ordered on my behalf that I could not use). I wish I'd been given an invoice to review before the ordered was submitted so I could have shown it to my roofer. Instead, I paid for items that didn't make sense for the roof I chose. I would expect their roofing expert to have caught that, but he didn't, and I had to suck up the losses.
