Very bad customer service. They did not accept appointments until 3:30. We sent 4 people waiting and two men arrived, friends of one of the girls, and passed them in front of those who already had time waiting. I told one of the girls that because I passed them and I answered that they had an appointment, when she told me that there were no appointments until 3:30, and it was 11 am. I disrespect those we were waiting for.
