If I could give less than a 1 star I would. The people in the office are soooo incredibly rude and unprofessional! Horrible service and their property in dahlonega is NASTY.

Kristie worked with us to find us a great home to buy. She knew a lot about the area, VA loans, the buying process, etc. She gave us tips on tax credits we were eligible for, connected us with many great contractors and local businesses who provide quality work at a great price, and she offered awesome recommendations for local attractions, hiking, restaurants, etc. Not only was she an invaluable resource for information, she was kind, thoughtful, friendly, prompt, and comprehensive in her correspondence with us. We had a great experience, and would definitely recommend working with her when buying a home in the area!

My wife and I have nothing but great things to say about Kristie. We were able to purchase our dream home in Dahlonega while living in Germany in about 45 days with complete ease. She was incredibly knowledgable, friendly and accommodating. She made purchasing a home from across the ocean as easy as if we were there. After we purchased our home, within a month Kristie sold another home for us and made that process completely easy as well. Through both the purchase and sale she was always accessible day or night and very quick to help in every and any way possible. She goes above and beyond to make a very daunting process stress free and enjoyable for everyone involved.

Walden & Co Realty has managed our property for a year as a rental then helped us sell it. We were out of state, on another end of the country. People in the head office were very professional and overall we are happy with their services. They are responsive and will try to do everything to satisfy the customer. The owner personally responds to any inquiries, if necessary. We've had minor issues come up and the owner personally took care of them, even though could have delegated to someone. For the local region, they seem to be better equipped to both manage one's property and help anyone sell or buy.
