Steven Pamplin is the perfect blend of personality and professionalism. Imagine the easygoing, fun-loving charm of Jim Halpert combined with the productivity and work ethic of Dwight Schrute. Steven was always incredibly prompt with his responses to us and was eternally patient with our picky house-hunting tendencies. Not many realtors listen to their clients needs the way Steven listens to his. When you walk through a house with Steven, you can tell that he is mentally filing away all of the little comments you make concerning your likes and dislikes, which is then reflected in the next housing list he sends you. Steven Pamplin was recommended to us by a friend of a friend and we could not be more pleased with the dedication, attention to detail, and personalized attention we received as clients. Steven worked with us on weekends so that we could house shop even on Sundays. He was right there with us through the closing of our new home always keeping our best interests in mind. Even after the sale he is working with us to make sure our experience in our new home goes smoothly. We briefly worked with Melissa, one of the brokers of Dover Realty, and immediately felt at ease as it was clear she, too, had our interests as her priority in regards to our home. While I hope this is the last time I will ever buy a home, if I ever have a need to buy or sell real estate in the future I will not hesitate to call Steven first.
