Customer beware: Ask for a copy of the video. They will quote you work without knowing the cause of the issue. They quoted $2,000. I had the work done somewhere else for $300. They didn't even quote work for the issue that was causing the blockage. It would have been a $2,000 waste.nnWe had 3 plumbers come out for what we thought was going to be an expensive job. To figure out what was wrong, we paid Scott-Wells $250 to find our clog with a drain camera. This fee usually includes camera and pipe clean out. I, luckily, asked for a copy of the video. They claimed the problem was an unclogged section of pipe that wasn't clogged in the video. Scott-Wells gave us an estimate for $2000 to repair it.nnI called to ask for what the price included in terms of labor and parts. The secrerary took the message, but they did not respond to the call. It seemed high, and I doubted their estimate as they hadn't even found the clog.nnI diagramed our pipes and determined that the leak was outside of the house based on the information. I sent the information and asked for them to give me a new quote as the repair they suggested was incorrect. I also asked if they could recam the drain as they hadn't found the clog. The secretary took the message, but they didn't respond for 2 business days. They still haven't responded.nnAnother plumber was able to determine it was just roots in the pipe, outside of the house, where I Indicated the issue was. They repaired it, capped two pipes, and created a clean out access to this pipe section for about 1/6 the price. I want a refund for that camera.

They came out for a serious plumbing problem and had it fixed quicker than high priority plumbing would have done it and for half the cost. They made sure I understood what was wrong and what need to be done/fixed. I will hire them for any plumbing problem I have in a heartbeat.

Don't bother. I paid $115 for a $10 part and it broke again. Waste of money and your time.
