I just have to say how awesome George is!! He came out for an estimate and wound up fixing my problem there on the spot!! He's very nice and professional. Not enough like him in the world today. I would recommend Master Plumbing to anyone needing plumbing work done.
Not only did the this company’s pricing beat out my usual service provider but they sent out Dennis the plumber. He was very humble, personable, and friendly. He took the time to educate me on some things and answers all of my questions. I will be canceling my membership with a very popular and reportable company and take my business to Master Plumbing. So far I’m loving the work that was completed by Dennis and my new bathroom faucets are looking great.
I've had nothing but great experiences with this company. Within a few minutes they diagnosed a problem with my water heater that another company was going to charge me around $1,000 to fix. Incredibly professional and personable. I have found my go-to plumber in Hinesville.
Master Plumbing came out after 9pm the same night we called. After explaining everything he was going to do the gentlemen cut a hole into my sheet rock to locate my water leak. He had the repair done and my water back on within about 30 minutes. Thank you so much for coming out late at night and making sure we would have water for the following morning. Will definitely use anytime a plumber is needed!
The service technician was awesome, he came out between 9 and 10 pm at night to clear a blockage in out pipes that was causing water to pour out from under our commode. The issue was resolved and working properly in no time at all, he also repaired the inside of my toilet tank as well that had a worn out part and have me some good advice on the damage that can be cause by the in tank cleaners. Thanks again and highly recommended, top notch service and quality.
