I was promised a trailer in 2 weeks...if I came up with $1275.. In two days..money in hand..Mgr.Mimi Hunt forgot who I was and the promise she made... Come to find out.. She has done the same thing quite a few times recently...a very big disappointment...very unprofessional.

My family and I moved into Pecan Grove Mobile Manor October 2013 it was very great at first but once the management constantly changed. It was stated that they were replaced because they were “stealing” but all honesty they were just fixing things correctly and not patching things up. The current manager was always told about the problems and issues that we were was having. She was told about my mom’s bathroom and the kitchen floors sinking in and didn’t do anything about it. Also in 2015 we started seeing mold but was told we just need bleach and it wasn’t any harm. The hot water heater was leaking and they wanted to try there best to patch it up but it was impossible. We have pictures of all the mold that my mom told the manager about that was in a lot of places such as windows, our bathroom, our clothes, shoes, suitcases, furniture and etc. They painted over the mold in our bathroom. We all have bad allergies and every time we walked in the house we were congested. My brother and I could never sleep peacefully because of not being able to breathe or waking up from having a terrible nosebleed. Anytime we came home there was a terrible smell which was the mold. The manager even told us that the smell was coming from mold. The doors in there also weren’t sealed correctly. The front door wouldn’t close completely and it made it possible for bugs to get such as roaches from the pine and pecan trees. We had snakes and mice come in and we were never able to be comfortable in the home because we never knew if anything else was coming on. With the back door your would have to man handle it to get it open and to close it you would have to slam it extremely hard. They were also coming inside the house while we were not there and we could tell because you see if the back door wasn’t closed all the way. My brothers cologne was stolen at one time and no one replaced it when brought to there attention. We also weren’t comfortable in our home My mom asked the manager to let her hold back on paying the rent and give her the month of June 2019 to find somewhere for us to go she agreed but towards the middle of June we got a letter in the mail about going to magistrate court. We did go to magistrate court and it ruled in out favor but she still wanted us out so we had 7 days to move. When we returned home from court the water was already off and it made it awfully hard for us to be able to pack smoothly.

Very nice trailer park. Clean and quiet.
