We have been speaking to Amanda since we first found out we were moving to Middle Georgia way back in May 2020. She has been great from the beginning- always checking in with updates and just to catch up. We were not in the USA when we signed our contracts but Amanda made it easy and spoke to us at any time of day! As first time home buyers Amanda made the whole process understandable and was there to help along the way. She is genuinely lovely and truly cares about all her clients. She is there to help with more than just real estate! We know that whenever we come to buy or sell again we will be in touch. Thank you, Amanda!

We used Amanda to find and buy our new home as well as sell our previous home. Amanda was there for us during every step of the process. She kept us informed and made sure we knew exactly what was going on and what to expect. She was extremely accessible and always a phone call or text away. No question was too silly or small for her to take the time to answer. She is amazing at what she does. She made the entire process as stress free as possible. I would recommend that anyone buying or selling a home use Amanda Fiebig!

We bought and sold our first home with Amanda. She is a tireless worker and consummate professional! She never gets too emotional, always tailors to the customer’s needs, is very selfless and deeply cares about the families she works with. It’s very rare to find such a successful realtor with such personable, “family value” traits. We are a military family, so her and her husband’s military background helps her speak from a place of empathy, rather than just sympathizing with our family’s needs. We wish we could buy/sell through her again!

Amanda is exactly what you want in a realtor. She started out by getting to know us and what we were looking for, and a timeline. From there she started narrowing down our search. She knows the area so we’ll and was able to find the PERFECT place for us to make a home during a housing dry spell. 10/10 would recommend! She was very responsive and detail oriented, even for a difficult meticulous client like me.

My wife and I called Amanda in June of 2020. We decided to sell our home that we have owned for 26 years. Amanda met with us a day later and discussed what we needed to do to sell it. She was extremely professional , organized and knowledgable. She answered all our questions and was very honest. Two weeks later she listed our house on a Saturday at 12 noon. At 430 that same day she called to tell us that we had a buyer. We were both thrilled with excitement. Amanda’s work ethic is Second to None! She amazed us with her energy and customer service. The one thing that impressed us the most was she treated us like we were her family and still today we talk to her weekly since she is now trying to find us another home!
