Amanda Fiebig was fantastic walking us through the best selling practices and pricing structure to maximize the sale of our house. Amanda and her team set us up for success with advertising and listing to sell our home in less than 3 days!! We are also using Amanda with the build of our new house. Dealt with Phil “the champ”, at first it was good he answered my call and we set up a time to tour a house, he said houses like the one I was interested in sell fast so he will call me if anything changes before our meetup. He never called and after waiting at the house for 10 mins some other guy answers after I have to call and said he was “supposed” to call me to tell me the house was no longer available but forgot. Very unprofessional in my opinion. I’m sure the other realtors on this team are great but from my one interaction with the company I would not recommend this realtor group, which is a disappointment because we have 5 inbound personnel that has been informed about my experience as well.
