If you are at a lost with the financial aspect of the home buying process, reach out to Christian Pak. You will not be disappointed. We did not have an agent but was confident that things would run smoothly after reading Christian's email to us. He mapped everything out and he took his time with explaining the paperwork process. I got clients that looking for a great loan officer that understand what to do to make it happen. I met a few times with Amanda Nguyen in this office and she delivery it very smoothly. She is very knowledgeable, very consistent with documents and closed loans very quickly. Great loan officer, great company, and low interest rate .
