Excellent customer service. I took a break for the holidays and they kept me informed and up to date with all specials. I moved in my new apartment last week. I would highly recommend you use Locate Atlanta if you’re new in the Atlanta area.

Awesome experience! I was relocating from Arizina for work, and I didn’t have the time to look for myself, I was honestly overwhelmed, especially since i’m not familiar with the city if Atlanta. Locate Atlanta provided me with options that fit my criteria and helped expedite the WHOLE apartment finding process. I HIGHLY recommend utilizing their services, you’ll be upset otherwise!

Wow! Just wow! Thomas Schwalen is one of the most unprofessional and irate leasing consultants I have encountered. I requested information on a property that was listed, I then received multiple emails, but not even about the property I inquired about. Next I received a sales phone call from an unprofessional associate from LocateAtlanta. When I asked what property she replied, “I don’t know, I’m just suppose to call you.”nnAfter receiving 4 emails, I responded asking to be removed from the email list. Thomas Schwalen responded, with “That’s ok, I don’t want to rent you a property anyway! Please do not contact us or any of my listings again!” And then another email said, “AGAIN, DO NOT CONTACT US AGAIN! I DO NOT CARE IF YOU FOUND A PLACE OF NOT!”nnI’m not sure what kind of shady operations this is, but the angry and unprofessional attitude from him and his staff are enough for me to take time out of my busy schedule and post a review.
