Vicky is an exceptional real estate agent. I have worked with her as a selling agent. I found her to be very honest and knowledgeable! As a sellers agent she offered me her expert opinion on what changes I may need to make to the home in order to get my home prepared to sale. She was relentless in her marketing of my home. When it came time to consider offers and negotiations, Vicky offered her opinion but, always interjecting that ultimately she wanted my opinion and assisted me in making reasonable and fair decisions. Once under contract she stayed in touch with me and provided her expertise when reviewing the inspection. Throughout the journey she kept me abreast with the selling process through closing. I have and will always recommend her to anyone I know interested in buying or selling a house!

The worse experience one can get is what I got from these folks. They were listed as contact points for 4645 Valais Cr #77 unit for leasing an I tried to contact them several times. They finally replied my messages but wont let me know what the process is. Seems like they were least interested in leasing the townhome though it was listed from August 2020 on Zillow. I have my sympathies with the owner who handed the townhome to these folks to manage who wont even tell what the process is. Very rude and unprofessional folks.

I have known Vikki since 1995 when I purchased my first house. She did an incredible job to help me find a real home. Also she provided outstanding services for selling my old house in 2002 and purchasing a new one in 2007. All she had done showed her professional and integrity. I strongly recommend her to my friend and relatives. She is fabulous!

Beware of reality company. I was told before viewing the home to rent that it was completely fine about my credit. Then after filling out paperwork with personal info, I was told other wise and they wanted my personal bank statements. I understand about a mortgage, but to rent, no way! Sad part is, I already started the enrollment for my daughter to attend the school district, sad that a company would treat a military family this way.

Renter's BEWARE! This company is up to something, either to collect your data or get fat on several application fees.nAnd to the company employ an online company where people can enter their very sensitive information instead of you collecting them.
