NO SERVICE at all during the shut down. If any business should be able to work remotely, you would think this one would be easy; laptop, phone, done! I've been on hold for 110 minutes, supposed to have received a phone call within 31-47 minutes. Seems to me employees are seeing this as a vacation and not a time to man the phones. BS!!!
