We used Sherry and Co as our listing agents for our house and everything went perfectly. We had used Sherry and Co to purchase a second property earlier and used them to purchase a new primary residence (Joni Fitzgerald was our buying agent). We ended up finding a perfect house and negotiated a contract while on vacation. This was done much faster than expected as our primary house was nowhere near ready for the market. What a positive experience it was working with Sherry and Co. Sherry came to the house to discuss the process and together we came up with a price to list it for based on the neighborhood comps. They come and take professional pictures and videos and they do a great coming soon advertisement on social media. You get an app to approve your showings (so easy). We sold in 6 days!!! They took care of everything and the closing went super easy. I was so thankful to work with people and a company that really have your back and look out for your best interest!
