Wonderful experience for the price! Environment is not the “prettiest”, but the service and quality outcome were great. Most comfortable massage chair, as well. Spend your money here!
I have been coming here for a year and never made an appointment even with the pandemic. Her hours of operation on Sunday is from 12 to 6 I arrived at 4:45 and she told me that she couldn’t take me because she is shortstaffed and I didn’t make an appointment. I never make an appointment. That is poor customer service. She should’ve asked me if I mind waiting till she service her 530 customer if that was the case. I will never come back to this business again. I will find a new nail salon
First time and I was so impressed with my nails tech. She was very friendly and made me feel so comfortable. She did exactly what I asked. She also gave me tips on maintaining my natural nails. I think I've found a new nail salon.
She looked in my purse as I was pulling out my method of payment and said “I want cash”. I politely said I don’t have enough but she insisted and said “I see it right there” ud83dude11. So then I gave her my card, she ran it and I signed it. When she looked at signed receipt she said “ohhhhh big tipper”. Girl bye. I can’t. Not going back that made me feel so uncomfortable.
I love joAnn. She always so polite. Her prices are very reasonable.
