If you see any good reviews on this school it’s bc someone was probably close w the owner. I promise you!! I am a current student here and have a little less than 6 months left before I finish my program. From my VERY FIRST DAY, I was in the back of the classroom researching other schools to go to. The ONLY reason I decided to stay was convenience Of location from where I lived and of course, the price. It’s one of the cheapest schools around and obviously, I’m getting what I paid for! For the first few months, I had no idea what was going on. They lack structure COMPLETELY!! The kit they give you to start with is BS and you end up having to buy EVERYTHING you need out of pocket. There is no lists of what you’ll need, it literally took a few weeks of attending and talking to current students to get a full understanding of what I needed to be successful here. Again, they just don’t set you up for success at all. Payments are not recorded properly and they have the nerve to try to charge late fees lmao! Tests and schoolwork is constantly misplaced so we are having to make up tests and redo schoolwork. The communication SUCKS!!! Complaints fall on deaf ears. The ONLY thing this school wants is their MONEY!! Another classmate and I were diagnosed w covid before Xmas break. Upon returning, we both tested negative and let the school know. The day we came back we had 4 NEW STUDENTS in a classroom of already 14+ ppl. The classroom size is so small there is no way the health department would allow it. So after dayssssss of making a huge deal about it they finally split the classroom up. No communication to students at all about covid safety. No preparation for the event of maximum amount of ppl in class together. The school LOOKS amazing. When you do your walk thru it will feel good but everything is a facade. In the event that you decide to come to this school please do so with the mentality of you’re just here to get your hours. I can’t speak for teachers in all departments but what I will say is also come prepared to TEACH YOURSELF!!! You literally only come to this school to get your recorded hours and be able to take state board. Take pictures of EVERYTHING!! Make your own records of your attendance, who you spoke to, what date and time, KEEP YOUR RECEIPTS!!! Basically, be prepared to do your schoolwork and the schools job too. That’s the only way you’ll get out of here successfully. Even the teacher turnover rate here is high. They quit and get fired like clockwork. There’s obviously a reason for no one having longevity here. I NEVER leave reviews, so for me to be on here writing this paragraph speaks volumes!! I truly wish I would have known someone who went here before me or at least seen a REAL review so that I could have been more prepared for this “school” experience. We’re my expectations high? No, of course not. It’s a vocational school I know, but I did at least expect a little more structure and communication. Before you sign those papers, ask to speak to some of the students. And don’t ask someone who works here to let you speak to a student bc they will choose someone to tell you what they want. Come here on a Tuesday or Wednesday from 9-9 and catch one of us outside. This school is really as good as it gets. Smoothly functioning system of staff and students. The atmosphere is productive and organized. Very clean, very easy to navigate and learn. Fair pricing, would recommend to a friend.

As a current student, I can vouch for this wonderful school. The instructors are always hands-on with me in order to help me gain my expertise skills. The owners run the business in an orderly fashion and does not hesitate to answer any questions about any programs. This school is definitely the place to go if you want to get your license in the beauty industry.
