I have been coming here for over a year and I have never had a better experience than I do here. Cheyenne is my hair stylist and she is absolutely wonderful. She is a master at coloring my hair and cutting it. I get so many compliments on my hair since I started coming to her. The salon is upscale, very clean, has reasonable pricing, always on time and easy to work with. The front desk workers are always efficient and friendly. They are fantastic!!!

Andrea is the best! I went to her on a recommendation from a friend and couldn't be happier. She listens to what you want and actually does it (not like of stylists I have had). She gave me the best color and cut I have ever had. She is conscience of the price and is very good at making it affordable for you.nnThey are strictly enforcing all Covid policies and it is mandatory to wear a mask.

They ended up charging me more than $100 over what I expected. What’s that about? I just walked out super annoyed that I got charged Van Michael prices at Bob Steele. They should tell you everY single time the do a change from the baseline cost.nnPartial foil to baby lights without asking= up chargenGloss= up chargenExtra color=up chargennMy hair looks great, but I can’t go to someone who I can’t trust price wise.

My 16 year old booked an appointment with Cheyenne to have her hair colored, and AFTER doing a test strand quickly informed my daughter her desired color can’t be done and she didn’t have the time to do it anyway. When we booked our appointment we instructed call center we were going dark brown to blonde! Cheyenne and her associate instructed my daughter (yes I was listening in via speakerphone) to bleach it at home to save money then they could correct it. My daughter was sent home with her test strand in the back of her head BLONDE (her hair is brown strand wasn’t done underneath either) which looks ridiculous! This place is a machine not a salon! I am not a stylist but I at least know to do a test strand in a hidden place NOT in the middle of her head!
