Selling with Redfin has been an absolute NIGHTMARE. Even though you save money, DO NOT USE THEM! I would give them 0 stars if I could. Even attempted to work with the supervisor of the unprofessional agent and it appears she's just as bad.

Our experience with the Redfin team far surpassed my expectations. Our selling agent was Fran Tubbs and our buying agent was Jennifer Roe. There were also multiple support staff who were part of the process. The tools worked well and the advice provided by Fran and Jennifer helped us get top dollar for our home and to find our new dream home. I wouldn’t consider anyone else after this experience.

If I could give it zero stars I would. This company is a joke. Unprofessional and lack of communication. Carol Taylor is the worst, stay far away from him. They do everything the hard way... Save your time and energy. This company is going downhill fast do not get caught up in their mess.

With Redlining being an issue for African American homeowners, their home values often devalued, unless it in a area going through gentrification. Redfin has a policy to not offer their agents's services for sellers with homes valued below $150K, I was told today. This policy affords the wealthier buyers/sellers benefits from low fees while again here is an example where the poor pay more. They did offer to refer to a partner but one who would not guarantee the low fees offered by Redfin.
