My boyfriend and I just relocated from NY and had a nightmare experience at a different apartment complex in the Sandy Springs area, so we were in desperate need of finding a new place. We found Park at Abernathy and loved it. We worked with leasing agent Jocelyn and she was a dream. Jocelyn was very informative and so prompt with email replies as well as answering all of my many phone calls. We applied on Wednesday and was approved on Thursday. By Monday we were moving into our beautiful apartment. Thank you so much Jocelyn. We appreciate your professionalism and making this process so smooth and quick!

this place has gone down hill. you would think with this pandemic that they would work with you, but no. if you have money then this is the place for you to live, if you don't they will not work with you. all they are thinking about the the big $$$ for you so don't even think about moving here. and the communication sucks big time. nothing when we had road work done around here no one in this complex knew anything about till they started working on it. they went down hill.

Luisa H. always provides excellent personable service every single time I talk to her. No matter what it is she always goes above and beyond to assist me. Her and the entire Park at Abernathy team have made my stay perfect! I have no complaints. All my services requests are immedateily filled. I can't think of one negative comment to make. Thank you !

When I submit a service request Harvey and Charles are always so prompt, polite and resolves every issue with no problem. Soon as I put in a request they’re there within a couple hours. They’re the best! I’ve never lived in an apartment complex where the service techs were so on top of their game!
